Fantastic four bedroom house to rent on exclusive Spanish holiday estate.

patio with table and seating, built in BBQ for you to cook some of the
local fresh fish/meats/veg - all the food here is fresh and good! Large
sun terrace, ideal for sunbathing/reading/relaxing.

lounge/dining room, fully tiled and fitted kitchen with granite
worksurfaces and utility room. All mod.cons. dishwasher, washing
machine, dryer, American fridge/freezer with ice maker,
microwave,utensils etc. Ground floor double bedroom with large
wardrobes, twin bed room with wardrobes, fully tiled shower room with
toilet, built in sink and bidet. Lounge/dining room with cold/warm air
conditioning unit,tv.
Up the marble stairs there are two more
bedrooms, one having bunk beds, a double bed and a further pull down
single bed if required, the other room has twin beds and a changing
room with wardrobe. There is a fully tiled shower room with toilet,
bidet and built in sink, and a door leading onto the sun terrace.
'Casa
Jazmin' is centrally located on a small exclusive Spanish Holiday
Estate 'Las Torres'. On site are two fully supervised swimming pools
open June - Sept (may be small charge),tennis court and football, child
friendly bar/restaurant.

Golf! Golf! Golf! 5 mins!
There
are lots of superb golf courses in this area, if you enjoy golf you
will enjoy the variety of links and parkland courses. Just five minutes
drive away is the excellent 36 hole course at Novo Sancto Petri
designed by Seve Ballesteros. Within ten minutes drive are several more
excellent courses and the fabulous Montenmedio and Benalup courses are
forty minutes drive. There is a golf pass that you may purchase that
allows you to play five rounds of golf at a variety of courses at a
greatly reduced rate.
The photo above was taken in mid
November! The weather from Autumn to Spring is often quite mild and
T-shirts/Thin Jumpers are quite normal November and February. However
don't forget to pack waterproofs as at this time of year it can
sometimes rain in Spain! The courses are playable throughout the winter
months, and there are so many courses that getting a game is easy and

Sun! Sand! Sea! 5 mins!
La Barrosa beach
It
is only a ten minute easy walk (or five minutes if you are in a hurry!)
to the beautiful blue flag Barrosa Beach. 8km of golden sand, fish
restaurants, tapas bars and a lovely 'paseo maritimo' - the sea walk!
The
marina with its watersports,fish restaurants, beach bar/restaurant is
only a five minute drive away. There are boat trips around the island
of Sancti Petri where Julius Ceasar onced lived, and then to the 'Coto
Donana' Europes largest nature reserve.
Horseriding is available
at Novo Sancti Petri five minutes drive away where you can book a beach
ride, or a classical dressage lesson, and at several other riding
schools locally.
The beach is so long and wide in places and
in other places there are rocky coves and private secluded bays. In the
evening the sunsets over the sea produce a lovely romantic atmosphere
and peaceful walks down the paseo maritimo are the perfect way to end a
great day of golf, horseriding, watersports, sightseeing, eating,
sunbathing, beach sports or just 'chilling out!'. For more information
